the field toward solutions for the global Alzheimer's crisis. As the world’s largest nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's research, the Association is currently investing over $250 million in more than 700 active best-of-field projects in 39 countries.
Gregory Jicha, MD, Ph.D

Dr. Gregory Jicha received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y., and then completed a fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. ...
Dr. Jicha has a MD and a PhD, which means he not only takes care of patients, but is also at the cutting edge of finding cures for diseases like Alzheimer’s. He is a Professor of Neurology at the University Of Kentucky College Of Medicine, and the Senior Investigator at Sanders Brown Center on Aging.
Dr. Jicha is also the Director of the UK Telemedicine Cognitive Clinic, which provides specialized care to people throughout the state of Kentucky. He also sees patients at the Kentucky Neuroscience Institute in the memory disorder clinic.

Ralph and Mollie Richards have been Health Educators and members of the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana chapter for over 5 years. Prior to their time in Indiana, they served on the Board of Directors of the Rochester-Finger Lakes chapter in New York State. ...
Mollie currently serves on the Alzheimer’s Association Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workgroup for the FY23-27 strategic implementation plan, a national workgroup that will decide the direction and goals of the Association for the next five years.
Ralph is retired from the Eastman Kodak Medical Group, where he served as a Regional Sales Manager and Vice President. Mollie is a retired occupational therapist, a role in which she worked closely with dementia patients, their families, and caregivers.
